聚乙烯共挤薄膜热收缩曲线及其和薄膜热封性能的关系

摘    要:针对聚乙烯共挤薄膜(PE)进行了热收缩曲线的测定,就热收缩性能对薄膜热封性能的影响进行了说明.确定了对于共挤薄膜的热封温度应取温度收缩曲线的一阶段作为上限,并在保证封口强度的基础上,应减少热封时间,可以有效地减少破损率,保证封合处的表面美观.

Abstract:The heat shrinkage curve of polyethylene co-squeezed film was determined and the influence of heat shrinkage on heat-sealing performance of the film was discussed. The temperature upper limit was determined with 1 st stage temperature shrinkage curve of the film, which can ensure the heat-sealing strength and reduce the heat-sealing time, reduce the damage rate, and ensure the beauty of the sealing line.
