| 摘 要： | 本文针对盐化工厂面临的日趋严重的腐蚀问题，着重论述了利用海盐苦卤制取氯化镁生产中对钢结构的腐蚀机理，分析确定了腐蚀介质的性质。介绍了ＺＹ型改性漆酚环氧防腐涂料的性能、使用方法和应用效果，可将其确定为氯化镁生产中钢结构设备防腐蚀涂料入选品种之一，供各盐化厂参考。

| Abstract: | For the more and more serious corrosion problems faced by salt-chemical plants,the paper emphatically discusses the steel structure-corrosion mechanism and the property of corrosion medium in magnesium chloride producing process using sea salt alkaline liquid, and the paper also introduces the properties using method and application results of ZY type modified urushiol epoxy anti-corrosion coating. The results showed that the ZY type modified coating can be determined as one kind of anti-corrosion coatings on steel structure machine in magnesium chloride producing process, which can be referenced by other salt-chemical plant. |
