珠钢CSP薄板坯高速连铸过程的凝固传热与铸坯凝固层厚度的研究

摘    要:本文讨论了珠钢CSP薄板坯高速连铸过程的凝固传热模型,同时通过采用“射钉法”测定二冷区不同位置的凝固坯壳厚度,验证理论研究与实际测量结果的一致性。

Abstract:This article expounds the heat transfer model upon solidifying in continuous high-speed casting of thin slab in GZI, and how to measure the thickness of solidifying slab-peel in different spot at the second cooling area with " nail-shooting method, thus verifying the coordination between theoretical research and practical measuring result.
