镧铈对镍磷刷镀层耐蚀性的影响

摘    要:以北京巨龙表面工程技术服务中心的Ni-P合金刷镀液为基础,研究了镀液中分别加入了铈,镧两种稀土后所得镀层性能变化情况,结果表明,适量加入这两种稀土均使镀层的耐蚀性大幅度提高,而且结合强度和表面质量也略有改善。

Abstract:On the base of Ni-P brush plating solution made in Beijing Julong Surface Engineering Technology Service Centre, Change in properties of the brush plating coating was studied after cerium And lanthanum were added into Ni-P brush plating solution respectively, The results showed thet Both the rare earth elements increased greatly corrosion resiestance of the coating.
