新型高阻尼弹簧及其性能研究

摘    要:主要研究一种新型高阻尼弹簧(填充金属丝和浸沥青的弹簧)的阻尼性能,通过实验得到,普通弹簧在填充金属丝和浸透沥青后,可以提高阻尼。填充少量金属丝的弹簧阻尼表现为库仑阻尼,而填充金属丝的量增加到一定程度后,则表现为粘性阻尼,实验研究还得到了阻尼弹簧的阻尼随金属丝填充率的变化关系。最后,还进行了用高阻尼弹簧对受简谐荷载强迫振动梁做动力吸振的实验研究,结果表明,用高阻尼弹簧做TMD具有良好的减振效果。

Abstract:The damping performance of a new type of high damping spring is studied emphatically.Through experiments it is found common spring's damping effect can be increased when it is filled with tinsel and soaked with pitch.The damping of the spring is coulombian when filled with few tinsel and will become viscous with the increase of tinsel.The relation between damping ratio and tinsel_packing ratio is gained experimentally.The experiment is conducted on a steel beam with TMD including high damping springs and the results indicate the good performance of such a structure for vibration reduction.
