学校体育教学与健康教育思考

运用资料研究法,针对目前学校体育教学中存在健康教育薄弱的实际情况,提出学校体育教学的改革要适应健康新观念,在“求知创新”和“健康第一”的思想指导下,体育教学目的由过去以“增强体质”为中心转向为“增进学生健康”和“培养学生终身体育能力”。探析学校体育教学与学生健康教育相结合的思想、内容和方法以及教师素质等诸因素,为贯彻和落实素质教育理念创造条件。

Thinking on Teaching of Physical Education and Health Education

With the method of material study and in terms of weak health education in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a new concept that the reform in physical education teaching must meet the needs of health and advocate "Primary Health".The goal of teaching of physical education should change from "strengthening physique" to "building up student's health" and "developing student's lifelong physical ability ".Moreover,this paper analyzes the idea,contents and methods of integrating physical education with students' health education,so as to create favorable conditions for the concept of quality education.
