精镗时提高箱体孔同轴度精度的途径

摘    要:文章分析了镗削单同轴孔时镗削工艺对尺寸精度的影响、用悬臂刀具镗削孔系时孔系间的位置关系和尺寸关系对孔系加工精度的影响,并取孔同轴度误差最小为目标,对多刀镗削加工时镗杆上两刀间距离lp进行优化.指出可通过确定适当的加工工艺、孔系结构设计和优化镗杆尺寸等途径提高精镗时箱体孔同轴度.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of the boring technology on the precision of size in boring single hole, and the relations of location and size of a series holes on the processing precision in boring a series of holes with cantilever cutters are analyzed. Then, the distance between two cuttings on the boring stick is optimized aiming at the minimum coaxal error of hole in the multi-cutters boring process. Finally, the ways of promoting the precision of coaxality of the trunked part hole,such as adopting the proper processing technics, the configuration design of trunked parts and optimizing the length of boring stick are proposed.
