水性聚氨酯层压胶的制备及性能

摘    要:文章合成了一种乙二氨基乙磺酸钠盐(AAS),并以其为亲水单体,与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)为原料,采用丙酮法合成了一种用作层压胶的水性聚氨酸分散体(WPU),并通过纳米二氧化硅乳液(SiO2)对其进行改性。研究表明当NCO/OH值为1.25时活化温度最低,剥离强度最大;SiO2添加比例为10%时耐热性及剥离强度最佳。

Abstract:2-(2-aminoethyl)amino]-ethanesulfonic acid monosodium salt was prepared as a hydrophilic agent, with isophorone diisocyanate(IPD1), Hexamethylene Diisocyanate(HDI) and poly-l,4-butylene adipate glycol (PBA) as raw materials, waterborne polyurethane as a laminating adhesive was prepared by the acetone method. Then a WPU/nano- SiO2 composite adhesive was made. The research results showed that the minimum activation temperature and the maximum bonding strength were obtained when the NCO/OH ratio value was 1.25; the composite adhesive had optimal combination property (inclt, ding the heat resistant and bonding strength) when the 10 % of nono-SiO2 were added.
