湿法脱硫副产物的形成及对脱硫工艺的影响

摘    要:湿法脱硫工艺主要副产物为Na2S2O3、Na2SO4、NaCNS。副产物的生成,降低了催化剂的脱硫效率,使出口H2S含量升高,阻碍了O2在脱硫液中的传质;同时其自身的氧化反应也耗用了一定量的催化剂,不利于硫颗粒的浮选,使硫颗粒在再生槽的停留时间加长,增加了副产物的生成几率。在副产物含量升高时,可适当调整催化剂的浓度,以便于维持正常的脱硫效率。

Abstract:Wet desulfurization process main by-product Na2S203, Na2SO4, NaCNS. The formation of by-products, reducing the desulfurization efficiency of catalyst, the export increased the content of H2S, 02 in mass transfer hinders in desulfurizing liquid; at the same time, oxidation reaction of its own also consumes a certain anaount of the catalyst, is not conducive to the flotation of sulfur, the sulfur particles in the regeneration tank residence time is lengthened, increased generation probability of by-product. The increased amount of by-products, can adjust the catalyst concentration, in order to maintain the normal desulfurization efficiency.
