| 摘 要： | 通过对卡环弯曲成形的工艺分析,阐述了圆管形件弯曲成形工艺及其模具设计的特点;分析了凹模摆块机构的几何运动,设计了相应的弯曲模结构,可为类似零件的成形提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the technological process for bending the clip part,the characˉteristics of the bending process for pipe-shaped parts and of the design of the die are introduced.The geometrical movement of the swaying block of the matrix is analyzed.The corresponding die structure has been designed.It can serve as a reference for forming similar parts. |
