IEC 870-5-103规约在牵引变电所自动化系统中的应用

摘    要:本文着重讨论国际电工委员会IEC发布的IEC60870—5系列电力系统传输规约配套标准的一部分:IEC870—5—l03继电保护设备信息接口配套标准。首先介绍了l03规约遵循的传输规则,增强性能模式的理论参考模型,FTl.2帧格式,常用的若干种数据类型和问答过程等几个方面的内容。而后例举了l03规约在牵引变电所综合自动化系统中的实现方法,根据牵引变电所中的信息特点,采用通用分类服务完成了所要求的全部测量和控制功能,为相关的研究与工程人员理解和使用l03规约提供了一定的帮助。

Abstract:A set of companion standard is established in China according to the IEC 60870-5 transmission protocols for power system released by IEC."Companion standard for the information interface of protection equipment (IEC60870-5-103)",a section of these companion standards,is discussed here.First,the transmission procedures observed by IEC 60870-5-103 protocols,the enhanced performance architecture reference model,the FT1.2 frame format,the typical data types and the polling process are introduced.Then the realization examples of IEC 60870-5-103 protocols are presented based on Integration automation system for traction substation.According to the information characteristic of traction substation,general classified serving is adopted to complete all the measurement and control functions.It is helpful for the comprehension and application of IEC 970-5-103 protocols to the developers and engineers concerned.
