城市交通和谐建设与对策

随着城市经济的快速发展,城市交通需求增长迅猛,一些城市的交通拥堵、环保、节能等问题日趋严重,现有城市交通基础设施已不能适应城市交通可持续发展战略,城市交通问题成为城市社会经济发展的重要制约因素.和谐交通是建设和谐社会的一个切入点,也是城市发展的一个必要支撑.为此,从\"安全、快捷速达、便捷换乘和绿色\"等4个方面分析了现代城市和谐交通建设的基本内容,并提出了和谐交通的5大对策.

Harmonious Urban Transportation Construction and Countermeasures

With the rapid developing of urban economy,the demands of urban transportation promptly increase.There are more and more serious problems about urban traffic congestion,environmental protection and energy-saving.The existing urban traffic facilities do not adapt to sustainable developing strategy of urban transportation,while the problems of urban transportation have become the important limited factors about urban economic development.Harmonious transportation is an important and cardinal key point of harmonious society,and is also a necessary support of urban development.The harmonious transportation construction includes the four aspects,i.e.,safety,rapid arrival,convenience interchange and green environmental protection.At last the five countermeasures of harmonious transportation were put forward.
