SCR烟气脱硝技术在国华三河发电厂的应用

摘    要:燃煤电厂不仅要控制SO2的排放,而且要控制NOx的排放,否则NOx必将成为电力行业的第一大酸性气体污染排放物。介绍了选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction)脱硝技术,并结合其在国华三河发电厂二期工程2×300MW机组的应用情况,对SCR烟气脱硝技术的化学反应机理、工艺流程、主要设备及SCR烟气脱硝系统实际运行进行了分析。

Abstract:The coal-fired power plant must control not only SO2 emissions, but also NOx emissions, otherwise NOx will certainly become the first big acidic gas pollution for the electric power industry. This article introduced the Selective Catalytic Reduction denitration technology, and combining its application situation on 2 × 300 MW units of phase 2 in Guohua Sanhe Power Plant, analyzed in detail the chemical reaction mechanism, the technical process, the main equipment of the SCR flue gas denitration technology and the real operation situation of the SCR flue gas denitration system.
