摘    要:本文介绍一种用8031单片机控制,主回路采用GTR逆变器的变频电源。它具有体积小、通用性强、可靠性高及操作方便的特点,可以替代高速机械中电动主轴驱动常用的电源机组,提高高速机械产品的性能,本文作者研制的变频电源已成功地用于南航机械厂生产的ZSK_(XYZ)-2高速数控钻床上。

Abstract:This paper describes a 8031 single-chip microcomputer controlled variable-frequency source with GTR inverter. The source is superior in size, utility and reliabity to a motor-generator set which i generally used to drive the chief axis in high-speed mechanism. If a motor-generator set is substituted with the variable-frequency source, the high-speed mechanism will have a good performence.The variable-frequency source developped by authors has been successfully used in ZSKxyz-2 high-speed numerically controlled punching machines.
