| 摘 要： | 水资源承载能力是当地的水资源能够支撑国民经济发展(包括工业、农业、社会、人民生活等)的能力。本文通过对影响西部地区水资源承载能力主要因素的论述，分析了西部地区水资源承载能力的指标体系，确定了西部地区水资源承载能力的计算流程。。
