高伸长改性涤纶形态与结构性能研究

摘    要:讨论了熔体温度和侧吹风速度对高伸长改性涤纶截面异形度的影响,并探讨了异形度和取向结构、力学性能之间的关系。测定了纤维截面的异形度、声速取向因子、声模量、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。结果表明,适当降低熔体温度和提高侧吹风速度,可以提高丝条异形度的保持率。纤维的声速取向因子、断裂强伸度和声模量都随着截面异形度的增大而减小;与常规圆形丝相比,高伸长异形丝的强度和模量低而断裂伸长率高。

Abstract:This article studied the effect of fusant temperature and the cross air blasting speed on the degree of profile and discussed the relationship between the degree of profile and the orientation structure and mechanical properties, by measuring the degree of profile, the orientation factor, sonic modulus, breaking strength, breaking elongation of the trilobal PET. The results show that by lowering the fusant temperature and raising the cross air blasting speed properly, we can keep the degree of profile at a reasonable scope. It is also indicated that the orientation factor,breaking strength, breaking elongation and sonic modulus all decrease with the increase of the degree of profile. Comparing with the routine PET, the trilobal PET has lower strength and modulus, while its elongation is larger.
