摘    要:结合快速原型制造中的分层制造概念及电火花加工中的电极等损耗概念,提出了利用简单形状电极的基于分层制造原理的微细电火花加工技术。系统地研究了该方法的基本原理与实现方案,就加工中的电极损耗及其补偿策略、电极运动轨迹的规划等关键技术进行了深入的研究,并用该方法制作出了具有40管脚的集成电路芯片插座模具及三维曲面。试验表明:该方法具有加工范围广、加工精度高和加工成本低等特点,具有良好的应用潜力。

Abstract:A laminated removal micro electrical discharge machining(LR-MEDM) method is proposed by combine the concept of laminated machining in rapid prototype machining and of the electrode uniform wear in EDM. The basic principle and carry out way of LR-MEMD are studied and analyzed systemically. Especially to its key problems, such as the electrode wear and its compensate policy, the electrode movement planning in LR-MEDM. As an example, a simplified mold of IC socket with 40 pins and a 3D surface are machined by LR-MEDM. Experiments show that LR-MEDM can expectably achieve better machining accuracy with much lower expense on almost any conductive materials, and it shows great potential of application in the future.
