基于51内核的高性能单片机及其嵌入式系统

摘    要:以目前功能和性能上均具代表性的8位高性能单片机8XC552为对象,对其在8051单片机基础上的新增功能及嵌入式应用系统的设计进行了分析和研究。对新增功能的分析包括:片内RAM与特殊功能寄存器、并行I/O口及其第二功能、A/D转换器与PWM的应用、定时器配与捕捉比较逻辑、监视定时器T3、IC总线和中断系统等;在嵌入式系统设计方面,指出了嵌入式应用系统设计的技术要点和关键问题。最后对嵌入式微计算机及其应用技术作了前瞻性展望。

Abstract:Takes the high performance 8-bit SCM (Single Chip Microcomputer): 8XC552 as object that currently has the best representative in function and performance, analyzes in detail and researches further for the new enhanced functions on the base of 8051 and the design of embedded application system. In the analysis of the new enhanced functions, it includes RAM in the SCM and special function registers, parallel I/O ports and its secondary functions, A/D converter and the application of PWM, timer T2 and capture comparison logic, watching timer T3, IC bus and interruption system . In embedded system design, points out the essentialities of technology and the key problems in design of embedded application system. At last, makes a prospect for embedded microcomputer and its application technology in advance.
