绿色虚拟企业及其关键技术研究

绿色虚拟企业是为适应市场的快速变化和人类社会对可持续性发展的需要而提出的现代制造模式。本文在分析虚拟企业和绿色制造特点的基础上，提出了绿色虚拟企业概念，从绿色虚拟企业的目标、生命周期、运行环境和专题技术等方面，建立了绿色虚拟企业的体系结构，并对绿色虚拟企业合作伙伴的绿色评价及优化选择、绿色管理与控制、重构或解散后废旧产品的绿色处理等关键技术进行了深入研究。

Research on Green Virtual Enterprise and Its Key Technology

Green Virtual Enterprise (GVE) is the contemporary manufacturing mode which is proposed to adapt to the changing market and meet the need of sustainable development of humanity. In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of Virtual Enterprise (VE) and Green Manufacturing (GM), the concept of Green Virtual Enterprise (GVE) is brought forward. And then, the architecture of GVE is set up, which involves various aspects of GVE, such as the target, the life circle, the operation environment, and the special technology, etc. Furthermore, the key technologies of GVE are explored deeply, such as green evaluation and optimizing selection of the partners, green management and control, green disposal of the waster when GVE is dissolved or reconfigured and so on.
