| 摘 要： | 通过对专业教师育人功能内涵的分析，探讨了新时期高职院校专业教师实施育人功能的有利条件，阐述了专业教师进行思想政治教育需要把握的主动性、个性化、接收性等三项原则，提出了高职院校专业教师顺利实施育人功能的主要途径和方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the advantages Of the professional teachers＇ fostering role in modem times in vocational colleges on the basis of the connotation of the fostering role. It also lists the three principles： the initiative, the individuation and the acceptance which the professional teachers should grasp during the political education, and proposes the main ways of realizing the professional teachers＇ fostering education smoothly. |
