摘    要:介绍了对1 000MW压水堆核电站主管道的焊接工艺研究,攻克主管道超低碳奥氏体不锈钢大口径厚壁管的焊接技术难关,由此,焊接接头不仅获得优良的力学性能和使用性能,同时也掌握了主管道焊接的变形规律和变形量。同时还重点介绍了E316L 不锈钢焊条的选择、试验、分析和应用比较,最终应用于主管道焊接工艺的评定,所有的检验和试验结果均符合RCC-M(2000 版)规定以及有关的验收标准要求。

Abstract:The study of welding technics of 1 000 MW PWR nuclear power plant main pipe is introduced.The technical challenge of welding large stainless-steel thick-wall main pipe with ultra-low carbon austenite is overcome.Therefore,joints with good mechanical performance and usability are achieved and main pipe welding deformation rules and amounts are also mastered.The selection,testing,analysis,and application comparison of E316L stainless steel,which is used in the assessment of welding process,are also emphasized.All the inspection and testing results accord with RCC-M(2000 Version) regulations and corresponding check and accept standards.
