菲迪克合同在涟钢工程总承包中的应用

涟钢“十五”期间围绕国家超薄板重点工程项目的实施，需配套建设十大工程。为加强工程项目的管理，涟钢尝试采用国际通行的工程总承包方式对几项重点工程进行实践，取得显著效果。工程总承包合同文本采用“菲迪克”合同格式，并根据企业的实际情况进行合理运用，总结出了签订合同时应注意的成功经验，创造了具有中国特色的“菲迪克”合同格式。

Application of "FIDIC" Contract in Bidding for General Engineering Contractor of Lianyuan Steel

Lianyuan Steel,during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period,based on the implementation of national key engineering projects of ultra thin sheet,was required to build ten large complement projects.In order to improve project management,Lianyuan Steel adopted international conventional mode in bidding for a general contractor for several key engineering projects,which has achieved a great success.The text of contract follows a format of "FIDIC" on the basis of enterprise real situation.With the successful practice some experience which should be paid attention to on signing a contract are obtained and a contract text of "FIDIC" format with Chinese characteristic is created.
