| Abstract: | Two different viewpoints on the origin of ice cream were discussed from the aspects of ice cream manufacture procedure,name origin,development of freezing concept,and ice cream invention explained in "Food Dictionary".Apparently,ice cream originated from France,not from China.The discussion can help clarifying the misunderstanding caused by some currently published magazines. |
