氨法脱硫在硫磺制酸尾气处理中的应用

低浓度SO2烟气较传统的脱硫工艺是采用液氨或氨水作为吸收剂,具有脱硫效率高、无环境污染、运行成本低、副产物价值高等特点,可充分利用我国丰富的液氨资源,并在脱硫的同时副产市场需求量较大的农用硫肥和精细化学品。介绍采用湿式三级氨法脱硫技术处理新建大型硫磺制酸装置尾气并副产固体亚硫酸铵的基本原理、工艺流程、主要设备和生产应用效果,并指出氨法脱硫替代传统的钙法脱硫具有广阔的应用前景。

Use of Desulfurization with Ammonia in Treatment of Tail Gas from Manufacture of Acid based on Sulfur

The low-concentration S02 flue gas desulfurization process with liquid ammonia or aqua ammonia as absorbents is one of the conventional desulfurization processes in that the desulfurization efficiency is higher, without environmental pollution, the operating cost is lower, and high-value byproducts are obtained, thereby utilizing fully the abundant domestic ammonia resources, and, while carrying out desulfurization, byproducts like agricultural sulfur fertilizers and fine chemicals are obtained, which are great in demand on the market. The use is described of the wet-process three-stage ammonia desulfurization technology in the treatment of the tail gas from a newly-buih large sulfuric acid unit based on sulfur, with solid ammonium sulfite as byproduct, and the basic mechanism, process flow, main pieces of equipment and results of production and use are given. It is also pointed out that desulfurization with ammonia replacing the conventional process of desulfurization with calcuim vast vistas for use.
