| 摘 要： | 分析了历史街区建筑类型和特征的多样性 ,以及建筑保护所面临的主要矛盾 ;提出了历史街区建筑的保护和整治要在对现状建筑充分调查研究的基础上 ,从街区风貌总体保护、街区物质环境改善及社会经济发展、保护规划的可操作性等方面综合判定 ,确立适宜的保护与整治措施 ;探讨了建筑保护与整治的模式、整体性原则以及街区建筑利用的方式
