大节距输送链爬行现象分析及设计原则

摘    要:对大节距链传动爬行现象形成原因进行了详细分析,得出链传动多边形效应是引起大节距链传动不平稳的主要因素。列举了链传动多边形效应的补偿措施,给出了大节距链式输送机设计的几个设计原则。采用链轮-凸轮补偿机构和链条导向机构可以有效地消除爬行现象,保证足够的系统刚度、运行速度而减轻爬行现象。

Abstract:It was concluded that polygon effect is the main factors of instability in the large pitch chain drive after the stick-slip phenomenon in the large pitch chain drive was analyzed.Several compensation measures for polygon effect in chain drive and design principles of large pitch chain conveyors were proposed.Gear-cam compensation agencies and chain-oriented agencies can effectively remove the stick-slip phenomenon and keeping enough system stiffness and chain velocity can reduce the stick-slip phenomenon.
