Abstract:Mid-infrared spectroscopy has been widely used in the realm of mechanism & electronics and medicine for its characteristic of fingerprint absorption at the region of 4000-400cm -1 .With the development of computer and stoichiometry,applied research has also been developed in detection of food industry.This article summarized its application in detection of food adulteration.
