钼粉性能对等离子喷涂活塞环涂层的影响

摘    要:试验用两种笥能不同的钼粉与同一种镍基合金粉混合,进行了工业等离子喷涂活塞环对比试验。结果表明:提高钼粉的松装密度和流动性可以提高喷涂效率,从而提高喷涂粉的利用率和劳动生产率;选择恰当的喷涂距离、喷涂工件转速、控制适当的等离子焰温度,得到最佳涂层冷却速度,是提高涂层硬度和减少气孔率的关键;钼粉的松装密度大和流动性好可改善涂层的相分布均匀性,实现稳定生产,提高产品质量和成品率。

Abstract:Separately Mixed two different property molybdenum powder with the same nickel-chromium-boron-silicon alloy,then carried out plasma spray piston ring experiments.The result declared that improving bulk density and fluidity of molybdenum powder can enhance spray efficiency,thereby enhance molybdenum powder utilization ratio and productivity.Selecting suitable spray distance,Sprayed work piece turning velocity and plasma flame temperature,thus can get optimum coating cooling rate,it is the key to enhance coating hardness and decrease gas hole ratio.Using high bulk density and good fluidity of molybdenum powder can obtain well-distributed phase of coating and produce steadily,thereby improve product quality and finished-product rate.
