钻孔灌注桩桩底后注浆在高层建筑中的应用

摘    要:首先指出钻孔灌注桩是建筑上常用的一种桩基,桩底后注浆可以提高单桩竖向承载力,并有效的解决沉渣问题,减少结构的沉降,满足实际工程的需求,详细分析了桩底后注浆技术的加固机理、施工工艺,并以工程实例说明该技术在现代工程中的应用,具有明显的经济效益。

Abstract:It points out that bored pile is one of the common pile in the construction,post grouting could raise bearing capacity obviously,and resolve the sediment problem,reducing the settlement of the structure,meet the actual needs of the project.This text analyzes the reinforcement mechanism and construction technology of the post grouting technology.Some project example of this technology in modern engineering were stated,which has obvious economic benefits.
