| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了由于管道工业的发展，管道施工工程控制与管理的重要性，进而重点介绍了油气管道施工工程的控制与管理，包括长输管道工程建设施工阶段的进度控制，HSE准则，工程建设施工阶段的质量控制，管道施工现场质量保证和质量控制以及施工成本控制。 |

| Abstract: | Firstly the importance of construction projects on oil & gas pipelines as pipeline industry was introduced in this paper.Then the control and management of construction projects of oil & gas pipelines were mainly discussed,including the control of progress of long-distance pipelines,HSE rules,quality control of the project,the quality assurance and control on the spot of construction and the cost control of construction respectively. |
