简支波纹钢腹板箱梁桥腹板几何参数优化分析

摘    要:建立波纹钢腹板箱梁桥空间有限元模型,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)对钢腹板的尺寸参数进行优化分析,使之受力最合理,材料最经济。结果表明,目标函数在前面的几次循环中,波动较大,但随着循环次数的增加,目标函数呈逐渐减少趋势,并趋于极小值;设计变量及状态变量随着循环次数的增加,在前几次循环中波动较大,尔后在一定范围内变化,并趋于稳定,接近目标函数达到极值时的相应取值。优化分析,达到了结构在满足规范要求的前提下,材料用量最省。

Abstract:For the most reasonable loaded and the most economical materials,optimal design of web geometry parameters of corrugated steel webs is done by establishing composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs' models,based on the APDL.The calculating results indicate that the objective function shows great fluctuation in the former cycles,with the increase of the cycle number,the objective function is a trend of decrease and tends to minimal value.Design variables and state variables show great fluctuatio...
