免棱镜全站仪测距特性的测试与分析

摘    要:免棱镜全站仪具有"无协作目标"的测距特性,"随架随测"的优点,在电力线路勘测、房产测量、工业建筑、工业设备模型测量等工程领域中得到广泛的应用。但至今尚没有相应规范规定对免棱镜全站仪测距的系统误差(加乘常数)实施严密的检测方法和技术要求,使得免棱镜全站仪的系统误差得不到有效改正,影响了其在精密工程测量及变形监测中的有效发挥。本文经免棱镜全站仪测试方案的设计,并对各种反射材质测距特性进行测试比对,回归分析免棱镜测距误差加乘常数的联合改正方程,为免棱镜全站仪在精密工程测量及变形监测中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:With the character of without synergic target and the convenient for no special measure requirement,nonprism total station has been widely used in fields like electric power line survey,house property survey,industrial architecture,and industrial equipment model survey and so on.Unfortunately,there still has no relevant regulation on rigorous detection method and technical requirement for the instrument’s system error(adding and multiplying constant).The system error without effective correction will certainly has negative effect on the capacity in application with accurate engineering measurement and deformation monitoring.Aiming at this problem,this paper designed a test scheme for non-prism total station,and made comparison with different reflective materials on the character of range detection.A joint correction equation was acquired on the instrument’s error adding and multiplying constant of range detection with regression analysis,which could provide reference in its applications on accurate engineering measurement and deformation monitoring.
