生物质与煤流化床共气化特性的试验研究

摘    要:为了提高生物质的气化效率,掺杂煤作为惰性粒子,在流化床上进行了不同温度和生物质与煤不同质量比的气化试验,得出了各工况下气体产率及气化特性,分析了温度和质量比对二者的影响。结果表明:当气化温度在800~900℃之间时,温度提高,气化效率增加;当生物质与煤质量比为3∶1时,气化效率最佳。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of biomass gasification,we take coal as inert particles.We carry out the experiment with different temperatures and different mass ratio of coal and biomass in a fluidized bed.Through the experiment,We obtaine the gas production rate and gasification characteristics in some conditions.Then analysis of the effects causing by the different temperatures and mass ratio.The results show that:when the temperature is between 800~900 ℃,as the temperature increased,the gasification efficiency increases;when the mass ratio is 3:1,the gasification efficiency is the best.
