摘    要:楔形的球面透镜是头盔瞄准/显示器的光学系统中消除大离轴角产生的较大畸变、视差的光学零件,几何中心与原始光轴既偏心又倾斜,采用传统的加工方法无法实现双球心位置与旋转轴线关系的建立。通过设计专用工装解决了工件定位问题,实现了准确的外圆及缺口加工。

Abstract:The spherical wedge lens is an optical element of the helmet-mounted display system for correcting the large distortion and parallax caused by large off-boresight angle.For the geometric center is eccentric and slope to original optical axis,the relationship of double sphere centers and rotating axis could not be implemented with tradition processing method.With the special fixture designed by us,the problem of part positioning is solved and precise edge grinding processing can be achieved.
