火力发电厂DCS系统可靠性分析

摘    要:针对6号机组DCS系统设备的运行故障发生情况和其结构特点,提出了适合在工程现场掌握的适宜于#6机组DCS系统的硬件和软件分析模型,列出了具体的可靠性计算方法.最后计算得出了在100天后的6号机组DCS系统可靠度.通过DCS系统可靠性分析,得出一些影响系统可靠性的因素,提出了提高DCS系统可靠性的措施.

Abstract:This article Baised on fault conditions and the structure characteristics of the #6 unit DCS system,built a simulation for the #6 unit DCS system hardware and software analysis model,and,set up the specific calculation method of the #6 unit DCS system reliability.Finally,the article Calculate a degree of reliability after 100 days in the #6 unit DCS system.This article approach some influences to DCS system’s reliability by analysis of DCS system’s reliability,put forward methods to improve the reliability of the DCS system.
