大连某电厂一次风量测量装置的选型设计

摘    要:在火力发电厂锅炉燃烧系统中,一次风系统是保证煤粉输送和锅炉燃烧的重要系统,因此选用能够长期准确、稳定测量一次风量的风量测量装置成为火力发电厂自动控制系统投入的一项重要保证。本文通过对目前常用的几种一次风量测量装置进行分析,找出一种防堵塞、自清灰、免维护风量测量装置,并在实践中得到证明,值得推广应用。

Abstract:In the thermal power plant combustion system,primary air system is an important system which ensures the pulverized coal conveying and boiler combustion.So,choosing a primary air measuring device which can the primary air flow accurately and stably is a significant guarantee of thermal power plant automatic control system input.According to analyzing the normal primary air flow measuring devices,an anti-clogging,ash self-cleaning,maintenance-free air flow measuring will be found and be proved by practice in this essay,which is worth being spread and applied.
