摘    要:提高制粉系统的出力是锅炉运行的首要问题,关系到整个电厂的热效率.对于不同的燃煤:可磨性、水分含量、灰分以及煤粉细度都会影响最大出力.选取了伊泰神木、神华神木、山西优混、神混2号、山优与印尼混煤、神华配煤2号6种煤质进行现场试验,结合锅炉自身性能研究它们对系统出力的影响.结果显示:煤种影响制粉出力;通过提高热一次风温,或者通过提高热一次风压来提高热一次风量,都可以改善磨煤机干燥出力问题.

Abstract:Improving the output of milling system is the primary problem,and it has an important relationship with the efficiency of the power plant.For different kinds of coals,the amount of water,ash and the size of the coal are all can affect the maximum output.In the exeperiment,we select six kinds of coals as exeperimental materials.Then combining the boilers perfomance,we study the influence to the output of milling system.The result shows that the types of coal has something with the output of milling system.Improving the temperature of the primary air,or improving the amount of primary air by reproving the pressure of it all can improve the problem of the coal grinder output.
