摘    要:介绍了扫描器运动特性参数动态非接触光学测试系统的工作原理。利用大量程线阵光电位置传感器(PSD)实现扫描范围、工作频率、扫描速度均匀性和时间利用率的测试;利用小量程PSD结合长光路,实现静态零位重复性、动态零位重复性的测试;利用柱面透镜汇聚水平方向的光线,用PSD测试竖直方向的运动信号,根据物理模型实现了反射镜面与旋转主轴的平行度的测量;系统利用磁栅尺和圆弧机械结构实现了系统角度测量的自校准功能。

Abstract:The working principle of non-contact optical measurement system for testing the scanning characteristic parameters of the scanner was presented.By use of large scale one-dimensional linear Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) the scanning scale frequency velocity uniformity and time availability were achieved.By use of the small scale two-dimensional PSD and long optical distance the static and dynamic zero repeatability can be measured.By use of semiconductor laser and cylindrical lens the parallelism between the scanning motor shaft and the mirror surface was achieved.The function of self-calibration of the system parameters was realized by using magnetic strip and arc part of mechanical structure.
