脱硫GGH换热元件堵塞原因分析及解决对策

摘    要:分析了脱硫GGH换热元件堵塞的原因及危害,为减缓GGH的堵塞,对换热元件进行了换型改造,降低了GGH运行阻力和增压风机的运行电流,提高了脱硫系统的安全可靠性,同时取得了显著的节能效果.这一改造经验对燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫GGH换热元件的选型具有一定的指导和参考作用.

Abstract:The reasons and harm of the GGH blocking phenomena occurred in the desulphurization system are analyzed in the paper.The type of the heat exchange components were changed in order to reduce the blockage,and the GGH running resistance and booster fan operating current are reduced significantly after the transform.At the same time,the security and reliability of desulfurization system is improved.Energy savings effect is significant also.Some guidance and reference are provide to the coal-fired power plant when they select the GGH heat transfer components.
