| 摘 要： | 在综合应用配电系统可靠性理论、图论以及面向对象的计算机编程技术基础上,研究开发了一套适用于中压配电网供电可靠性定量分析计算的评估系统软件包.文中着重介绍了该系统的设计开发思路、软件包工作流程和功能以及有关的主要技术特点等.为说明所开发的评估系统的实用性,应用该软件包对江西省某地区中压配电网的供电可靠性进行了定量分析计算,找出了可靠性薄弱环节,为运行与管理人员提高该配电网供电可靠性提供了决策依据.

| Abstract: | A software system for the quantitative assessment of the reliability of medium-voltage distribution network has been developed on the basis of the reliability theory, graph theory and the object-oriented program technology. This paper mainly describes the design and development principle of the software system, the workflow and the function of the software as well as some other important technical properties. To show the practicality of the software, the reliability of a medium-voltage distribution network in an area of Jiangxi Province has been quantitatively calculated and the weakness of the system found, providing a basis for decision-making in improving this system. |
