器外预硫化加氢催化剂的工业放大

摘    要:介绍了一种使加氢处理催化剂可以有效硫化的器外预硫化技术。器外预硫化催化剂工业放大和在60L装置上的试验结果表明,该种催化剂的开工时间短、开工过程无集中放热现象。在相同氢分压、空速和反应温度的工艺条件下,器外预硫化催化剂的脱硫率和脱氮率分别为90.8%和78.6%;而器内预硫化催化剂的脱硫率和脱氮率分别为89.2%和75.1%。器外预硫化催化剂的活性优于器内硫化的催化剂。

Abstract:An effective ex-situ pre-sulfurization technology for hydrotreating catalyst is discussed. The result of pilot plant test in a 60 L commercial unit shows that the catalyst has a short start up time and there is no exothermic phenomenon during the starting up process. Under the conditions of same hydrogen partial pressure , space velocity and reaction temperature, the removal rate of sulfur and nitrogen for ex-situ pre-sulfurization catalyst are 90. 8% and 78. 6% respectively, which are higher than those for in-situ pre-sulfurization catalyst 89.2% and 75. 1%. The activity of ex-situ pre-sulfurization catalyst is superior to in-situ pre-sulfurization catalyst.
