对打叶复烤企业技术改造的风险分析与评估

摘    要:为了降低技术改造风险,以打叶复烤技术改造为例,借鉴历史资料,分析了打叶复烤技术改造过程中存在的风险因素。应用鱼刺图、Delphi法与数学分析相结合的方法,对打叶复烤技术改造项目进行了风险分析和评估。该方法的提出和应用对降低打叶复烤技术改造风险具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to reduce the risk during the process of technology improvement,take the tobacco leaf re-drying process as an example,we identified the risk factors during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement,and analyzed and assessed the risk using fish bone diagram,Delphi method,and mathematic model.The proposal and application of this approach by this study will play significant contribution in reducing risks during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement.
