两相正激DC/DC变换器技术研究

摘    要:两相正激DC/DC变换器可使输入、输出电容体积大大缩小,通过较小功率处理单元的并联可获得大的功率输出.介绍了单电感、双电感两种结构两相正激DC/DC变换器工作原理,分析了两种电路结构中各元器件的电应力.以输出为7 V/10 A DC/DC的变换器为例,对两种电路结构进行了实验对比.实验表明,双电感结构电路变换效率优于单电感结构,但单电感结构的电路元器件数量少于双电感结构,后者在对体积要求苛刻的应用中极具吸引力.

Abstract:Two-phase forward DC/DC converter can reduce the size and cost of power filtering components,it boosts output power by paralleling two small power stages.In this paper,the two-inductor two-phase forward converter is compared with a one-inductor two-phase forward converter,analysis of electrical stress of component in two different converters is presented.The results of the analysis are verified experimentally by a 7V/10A DC/DC converter prototype.Experiment showed the two-inductor converter has higher efficiency than the one-inductor converter,however the one-inductor converter has less components and it is attractive for the application being severe on the bulk.
