| 摘 要： | 提出一种新的计算圆柱蜗杆副啮合的数值计算方法.该方法有计算速度快,求解精度高等优点,适合通用性计算.本文以圆柱蜗杆副啮合原理的统一公式为基础,开发了圆柱蜗杆副通用计算软件,应用该软件可以计算目前所有的圆柱蜗杆副的齿形、啮合参数和运动参数、以及待开发的新齿形圆柱蜗杆副.

| Abstract: | A new numerical computing method suitable for all kinds of cylindrical worm gearing is proposed.With the method the computation speed and precision can be increased.According to the general formulae of gear-meshing principle of all kinds of cylindrical worm gearing, a general computer program is made, with which the tooth profiles, the meshing parameters and- moving parameters of all cylindrical worms can be calculated. |
