对我国电价改革的几点建议

电是商品，但它具有垄断性和发、输、配、用电时性两大特点。因此，电价必须由有关政府部门加以审核。章提出了当前电价中存在的问题和改进意见，并且举例说明了电价计算的方法。实行了言语中所提的电价改革，不仅可以使电力工业自我滚动发展，还可以提高电力企业的效率和降低发、供电的成本，降低电价，有利于电力工业和国民经济的发展。

SUGGESTIONS TO REFORMATION OF ELECTRICITY PRICE IN CHINA

In this paper, the rule of merchandize prices in the market economy is presented. It is pointed out that electricity is a kind of merchandize, but the supply of electricity is usually monopolized, and the generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electricity are carried out simultaneously. Therefore, the price of electricity should be reviewed by a government department responsible for the electric power industry. The problems existed in the present electricity price and suggestions to its reformation are presented. In the conclusion of this paper, it is pointed out that when suggestions to the reformation of electricity price are realized, not only the electric industry can be developed from its own profit, but also the efficiency of electric enterprises can be improved, the cost of electricity generation and supply can be reduced, therefore the price of electricity can also be reduced. This will lead to the growing of electric industry and the national economy.
