| 摘 要： | 敏捷制造企业性能评价问题是现代企业管理领域的重要和关键研究内容，应从系统化角度进行分析。针对现有企业性能评价研究现状和发展需求，提出敏捷制造企业性能评价参考体系结构，重点研究基于过程模型的敏捷制造企业性能评价指标体系，最后详细论述了其关键技术。

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation for agile manufacturing enterprise has been always the impor tant and key research issue in the field of the contemporary enterprise management, which should be systematically analyzed. On the base of the research state and development necessary of enterprise performance evaluation, the performance evaluation reference ar- chitecture for agile manufacturing enterprise is presented, then process model based per- formance evaluation metrics for agile manufacturing enterprise is strictly discussed, at last, the related key technologies are also described. |
