条形MH/Ni电池模块风冷散热结构的优化

摘    要:提出了一种MH/Ni电池散热结构,在电池模块外表面加上翅化比为4.2的铝套,通过铝套将热量散走,并对该结构进行了分析.加装铝套后,以1 C、3 C、4 C及5 C充电(均为5 C放电),电池表面温度比加装铝套前降低了2~4 ℃.

Abstract:A heat dissipation structure for Ni/MH battery was proposed. An aluminum sheath with the finned ratio of 4.2 was covered on the outside of the battery module,the heat was dissipated through the aluminum sheath. The structure was analyzed. After installing the aluminum sheath, the temperature on the surface of batteries could be lower 2 ~ 4 ℃ than that without the alu-minum sheath when charging at 1 C,3 C ,4 C and 5 C(discharging at 5 C).
