我国农民进城就业社会管理的重大转变——实践中的问题反思与近期管理创新

近几年国家大幅度调整对农民进城就业管理服务的有关政策，逐步推进以消除城乡二元分割体制为特点的社会管理制度的改革，各地创造了不少新经验，但管理转变进展不平衡。对实践中的问题进行了反思，并总结了近期农民工社会管理的重要创新经验。

Significant Changes in the Social Management of Peasants' Employment in Cities--Rethinking on problems in practice and innovation in recent management

In recent years,the State Council has readjusted significantly the policies related to the management and service for the peasants' employment in cities to promote step by step the reform of the social management system characteristic of eliminating the dual partition system between urban and rural areas.Although new experiences are obtained in many places,transition progress in management is not the same.This paper carries out rethinking on the problems in practice and summarizes important innovative experiences in recent social management for migrant workers.
