浮动阀瓣式调节阀在气流调节中的应用

摘    要:介绍了浮动阀瓣式调节阀的结构和工作原理及应用特点。由于该阀具有特殊的三级塔形阀瓣结构,所以驱动力小,行程短,容易改装成有微型结构的电动阀。为强化阀门的电动性能,讨论了对阀门进行改进设计的方法。通过在不同风压条件下,测量各开度时的气体流量,获得了为该阀在自动控制系统中应用提供建模依据的内特性。

Abstract:The mechanical structure and working principium of float disc valve are analyzed. Because the valve has special structure of three step tower-type disc, so it has many advantages as that driving force and haul distance are small and easy to refit the valve into electric valve actuator with microstructure. The paper discuss plan of improving structure so as to aggrandize aptitude of electric regulation. On different air pressure conditions, the flux under various jaw opening is measured. The interior characteristics that provide gist of modeling in autocontrol system is got. Application conditions of the valve are expounded.
