燃气式超正压射孔技术在胡庆油田的应用

摘    要:燃气式超正压射孔就是在射孔前,用火药燃烧气体,在目的层形成高压,然后打开油气流入井筒通道的一种射孔工艺。和普通射孔相比,它不仅能够打开油气流入井筒通道,而且能够降低近井地带压力损耗和表皮因子,具有压裂和射孔双重功能的新特点。针对燃气式超正压射孔的特点和胡庆油田的地质状况,2002-2004年,在胡庆油田有针对性地选取相适应的低渗、低压油藏实施35井次,平均单井日增原油3.6t,累增原油368.6t,取得了显著的经济效益。实践证明,在低渗、低压油藏实施燃气式超正压射孔具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Combustion-gas ultrapositive-pressure perforating is a kind of new perforating technique. Before perforating, the gas is burnt with gunpowder, then the target bed generates high pressure, oil and gas are opened to flow in wellbore. In contrast with the general perforating, the technology is characteristic of fracturing and perforating functions. Not only oil and gas can be opened to flow in wellbore, but also the pressure loss in immediate vicinity of the wellbore and the skin factor can decrease. From 2002 to 2004, in the light of the characters and the geologic conditions of the Huqing Oilfield, 35 wells belonging to low permeability and low pressure reservoir are selected to bring into effect. After the measures, we have gained remarkable economic benefits, such as the average single-well production increase of 3.6 tons and cumulative production 368.6 tons. The practice has proved that the technique has important significance practically in the low permeability and the low pressure reservoirs.
